Terms of Service
LAST UPDATED · JULY 13, 2026
The short version: pay a fair price, use the Service honestly, and your stuff stays yours. The longer version follows.
01Who we are
Orbital QR ("the Service") is operated by Orbital Point ("we", "us"). The Service lets you create and manage QR codes, short links, and link-in-bio pages, view scan analytics, and generate branding assets with the AI Studio. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
02Your account
You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping access to that Google account secure and for everything that happens under your Orbital QR account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) to use the Service.
03Subscription & billing
Orbital Pro is a monthly subscription billed in advance at the price shown on our pricing page. It renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
04Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to create QR codes, links, or pages that:
- link to malware, phishing, or other deceptive or harmful content,
- infringe the intellectual-property or privacy rights of others,
- distribute spam or unsolicited bulk communications,
- are illegal where you or your audience are located.
05Enforcement
We may disable individual codes, links, or pages — or suspend accounts — that violate these terms or put other users, scanners, or our infrastructure at risk. Where reasonable, we will notify you and give you a chance to fix the problem first.
06Your content
You own the content you create with the Service — your codes, links, pages, and uploaded assets. You grant us the limited license needed to host, process, and serve that content so the Service can work (for example, redirecting a scan to your destination and rendering your public pages).
07Analytics data
When someone scans your code or visits your link or page, we record technical metadata (such as approximate location, device type, and time) and present it to you as analytics. You are responsible for using these analytics in compliance with the laws that apply to you and your audience. See our Privacy Policy for details on what is collected.
08Service availability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep scans redirecting and dashboards live, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
09Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach of these terms. On termination, your public codes, links, and pages stop being served.
10Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. If a change is material, we will announce it in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
